Matthew is a partner at Kuhn LLP. He is a versatile advocate who represents businesses, individuals, and non-profit clients in a wide range of legal matters. His experience includes complex contractual disputes and negotiations, shareholder conflicts, property disputes, workplace legal problems, and debt recovery.

A significant component of Matthew’s practice involves construction matters including disputes over work quality and entitlement to payment, deficiencies, delay claims, insurance coverage, and builders liens.

Beyond dispute resolution, Matthew regular advises on business structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, financial risk management, and strategic planning to help clients achieve their objectives.
