Lorne is Associate Counsel with Kuhn LLP. His practice is primarily in the areas of business law, Wills and Trusts, adoptions and charities.

Lorne has more than 50 years of experience in advising clients on significant personal and business matters including business and real estate acquisitions, shareholders agreements and corporate reorganizations as well as estate planning and administration.  Lorne also provides advice to numerous charities and assists non-profit clients in the incorporation and charitable status application process as well as ongoing governance matters. Lorne is an adoptive parent and grandparent which has informed his service as a volunteer and as a former Executive Director of a licensed adoption agency as well as his niche practice in adoptions.

Lorne is married to Ann. They have three children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren in Canada, USA and Mexico.
