Ian is a managing partner at Kuhn LLP, practising law in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. His expertise is advising business clients on a wide range of strategic matters, including employee ownership, acquisitions, real estate developments, commercial financings, employment and human rights.

With extensive experience in numerous business transactions, Ian has also represented clients at all levels of court, in arbitrations, mediations and administrative tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. He brings a depth of knowledge to complex legal issues and is known for his effective advocacy and strategic counsel.

Additionally, Ian serves as a director with several for-profit companies and charitable organizations. In his free time, Ian enjoys road cycling.
