Anne serves a wide variety of individual, corporate, government, and charitable clients, guiding them through legal and practical problems both in and outside the courts.

Anne has appeared before administrative tribunals as well as before the Provincial, Supreme, and Appeal Courts of British Columbia. She has also assisted in the preparation of materials and arguments for consideration by the Supreme Court of Canada.

Anne currently teaches the Construction Law licensing course on behalf of the Canadian Home Builder’s Association, and has served as an editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law.

Anne is a partner with Kuhn LLP, and practices primarily from our Vancouver office. She also works with clients out of our Fraser Valley office on a regular basis.
