Patrick has acted as Associate Counsel since June 2002 and is based primarily in the firm’s Abbotsford office. He practices in the areas of municipal law and general civil litigation, with an emphasis on the resolution of construction and business disputes.

Patrick has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia including the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. He has also represented clients in the Federal Court of Canada and appeared before the Competition Tribunal in Ottawa.

Patrick lives on an acreage in Bradner with his wife Janet. Together, they are the proud parents of Alexandra and Matthew. Patrick, along with his family, operates a vineyard and winery on his property in Bradner. In whatever time is left over Patrick writes novels and participates in skiing, sailing, golf and baseball.
